To My Dear Patients, JULY 2025
Davoodi Family Medicine has now CLOSED as of September 3, 2025. Caring for you, my patients, has been the most rewarding part of my career. Over the last two years, we have interviewed many physicians to potentially take over, but we have not been able to find a suitable candidate whom I would trust to continue my practice.
I have come to know many of you as friends, and I have been honored that many families have asked me to care for as many as five generations. I started medical school at the age of 19 in 1982. I have seen many changes and advances along the way, which have been rewarding and have fulfilled my childhood aspiration of being a family doctor.
One of the many blessings of practicing in the Flower Mound area has been the colleagues that I trust and have trusted with my own life and my patients’ lives. This unique setting has been truly wonderful. There are many competent physicians in the area accepting new patients, and I know you will be in good hands.
It has been a great pleasure providing for your healthcare needs over the last 33 years. I have been very lucky to have worked with some of the most dedicated and loyal staff, including Esther, Jamie, Marie, and Cyndi to name a few. Also Tiffany Fowler, my PA, who has been a great asset to this practice over the years. I will miss them and all of you.
Margie and I are excited about our move to Colorado, where I wish to concentrate more on sleep medicine, spend more time with some of our children and grandchildren, and hike the many mountains.
